* A lot of laptop repairs are $60, flat (not including any parts). There might be rare instances where the price will exceed that, but you will be notified before hand. There will be no charges if the item cannot be fixed.

* The diagnostic fee only applies in rare instances where the customer refuses to perform the repair on a viable system. If the computer is older, and perhaps the repair just doesn't make sense, no diagnostic fee will be applied.
