If it's broken, we can fix it. Any array of hardware or software issues. Most repairs can be done within 24 hours, if not sooner. Rarely do repairs take longer than that, especially for PCs. If parts are required, then it will take time to get the part in.

With our computer repair we’re going to be honest and up front with you. If it's not reasonably repairable, we’ll let you know. If your computer won’t benefit from an upgrade, we’ll tell it to you straight. We don’t want to waste your time and money any more then you do. And if we can't fix it, you pay nothing.

Diagnostic Fee $25*

* The majority of PC repairs are $60, flat. There might be rare instances where the price will exceed that, but you will be notified before hand. There will be no charges if the item cannot be fixed.

* The diagnostic fee only applies in rare instances where the customer refuses to perform the repair on a viable system. If the computer is older, and perhaps the repair just doesn't make sense, no diagnostic fee will be applied.
